Bronze Fastener Wire
The most suitable composition is phosphorous bronze for fasteners.
Features:
- toughness
- strength
- low coefficient of friction
- fine grained
- Resistance to fatigue and corrosion
- resistance to wear in salt and water environment
While tin increases the strength of the material, phosphorous improves the fluidity of the metal, making it easier to cast.
